Carolyn Nichols is a full-time, experienced real estate Broker with knowledge and time to work for you.
Associated with Wimberley Land Company since 1980, Carolyn is licensed with the State of Texas and required to take continuing education in real estate law, financing, and ethics.
As a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Carolyn participates in various community and real estate activities, and has been published in both the National Association of REALTORS® Journal and the Texas Association of REALTORS® Journal.
Carolyn was recognized by the Austin Board of REALTORS® as the most productive agent representing homeowners in the Wimberley area in 2005.
