Bio
Susan Dull is anything but "Dull!" She moved here in 2007 after researching the Hill Country. While hunting for a house she dropped by the famous "Salt Lick" BBQ restaurant and met some local artists. They encouraged her to drive through the town where they lived knowing she would fall in love with their charming "little bit of heaven" called Wimberley!
However, it was her last day in Austin and she had an appointment to see a house in nearby Kyle. Well, the Realtor never showed up. Being good natured about the consequences she started to head back to Austin and pulled up to a STOP sign that read, "Wimberley & Driftwood 13 miles!"
As fate and destiny had its way, she turned left and suddenly the road seemed to be in technicolor. There were ranches and longhorns and horses, oh my! She felt transformed to a simpler time and place, where nature's paint brush is lit under buttermilk skies, a place where people wave as you drive by. Neighbors are caring and help one another. A town of artists, musicians, writers and folks who are drawn to this passionate area!
Before relocating to Texas she owned and operated a Costume Rental store named Somewhere in Time in Pasadena, California. She also worked with the Los Angeles Dodgers.
After receiving her Real Estate license in 2002 she co-owned Shadow Hills Realty just up the road from the Studios in the foothill area where many Western movies and Cowboy serials were filmed.
She currently resides in big cowboy country in Driftwood, Texas that neighbors Wimberley and is minutes from the Salt Lick.
One of her favorite words is "Believe!" She has a passion for providing excellent customer care while finding clients a home. She won't be the Realtor that never showed up for the appointment and will make herself available to you and accommodate all your needs.
Believe and she will find you your "little bit of heaven too!"
